In order to maintain consistency of service excellence among GRx On-site service representatives, we recently implemented an On-site service certification process. The process is a two-pronged approach with the first part a Service Representative certification exam. The exam is designed to keep our representatives up to date on servicing procedures, company knowledge, safety processes and industry protocol. The certification is valid for one year. The second part is In-Service Field Observation conducted by the Regional Service V.P.; this ensures correct application of the best practices and skills honed as part of training and tested as part of the certification exam.
It is important that GRx service representatives consistently exceed customer expectations and the certification process does just that. The process not only reflects successful demonstration of employee knowledge but provides best practices and uniformity in GRx service across the country. Maintaining the highest level of industry standards in service is our top priority and we make sure our customers always receive a positive experience.
