Guaranteed Returns service representatives not only work hard to deliver the best pharmaceutical returns service but they are also kind, caring and compassionate members of their communities. Over the next couple of months, we will feature GRx service representatives and the great work they do when they are not providing pharmaceutical returns service to your pharmacy.

This month, Guaranteed Returns® would like to recognize Jimmy Ellison, GRx On-site Service Representative, for the wonderful work he has done in his hometown of Houston, TX. Jimmy has been a Guaranteed Returns On-site Pharmaceutical Returns Service Representative since 2005, covering Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana.

Jimmy shares his time and talent with several charitable organizations in Houston. Since 1986, Jimmy has volunteered at the North Houston Frontiers Club, Inc. This 501(c)(3) service organization works with the community and corporate sponsors to provide college scholarships to graduating high school seniors.

Jimmy also volunteers with the Royal Dukes Social and Charity Club and at the Wheeler Avenue Baptist Church. At the church, Jimmy has been a mentor for the Boys Rites of Passage program for over 30 years.  Upon completion of the program, Jimmy and his fellow mentors host a graduating ceremony which includes a semi-formal dinner where each boy is judged on his etiquette performance.

Jimmy drives a boy and his female guest to the semi-formal dinner, where he judges the boy’s etiquette such as greeting his guest, her family, opening doors, seating, proper use of utensils, and public speaking.

“We believe that the etiquette program provides the boys with a template for excellent life-long customs and habits. I am so proud to be part of the team that helps instills these fundamentals for success in them.”

Guaranteed Returns® commends Jimmy for his time and dedication to his local community and is proud to donate $250 to the Wheeler Avenue Baptist Church, Boys Rites Of Passage program.
